Interactive illustrations

I worked with DEPT Agency on a Christmas project. They were putting together a holiday story to send to their clients as a year-end thank-you, and asked me to come on as illustrator.

I created the raster illustrations that formed the visual basis of the story. A front-end developer at DEPT then animated them, so we stayed in regular contact to make sure the artwork translated well into motion. I worked within their brand guidelines throughout, while giving it a fitting holiday feel.

The finished piece was an illustrated and animated Christmas story, sent out to DEPT's clients at the end of the year.
